Whether your interior design or architecture client is interested in a custom built-in living wall or one of our Verdanta™ mobile partitions, Sagegreenlife simplifies the journey from idea to installation with a streamlined process to ensure your client’s needs are met every step of the way.
It all begins at the concept stage.
Our vertical design experts find out everything there is to know about your clients and what they envision for their spaces. Because our living wall technology is incredibly versatile, we can typically design a vertical garden for any area imaginable — large or small, indoors or out.
Once we know what your client has in mind, our horticulture team will examine the space and choose the species and plant design. Next, they will get to work on bringing that vision to life during the fabrication stage.
Our patented Biotile® system is the cornerstone of our living walls.
Made of layered basalt rock fiber (also known as rockwool), each modular Biotile helps distribute water, oxygen and nutrients and don’t decay or break down over time. Unlike potted plants, which often need to be replaced, our Biotiles provide an ideal rooting and growing environment that is completely self-sustaining.
Crafted right in our warehouse, Biotiles are the building blocks that make Sagegreenlife living walls the most versatile walls on the market. After Biotiles are created, plants are grown directly in them to establish a secure root system.
Finally, we will deliver a beautiful, fully grown wall ready to be enjoyed.
Sagegreenlife team members or certified partners will be there throughout the delivery and installation processes to ensure everything goes smoothly.
The installation process is minimally disruptive and creates very little mess, since plants are already in their Biotiles. Our vertical design team makes sure each wall is installed correctly and efficiently so your client can begin enjoying their wall as soon as possible.
What about maintenance?
After our walls are installed, clients never have to worry about watering or maintenance. The Sagegreenlife horticulture team will check in periodically to make sure everything is working properly.
It’s really that simple!
From idea to installation, the whole process only takes about 8-10 weeks.
